Dear Christine, congratulations on being honored with the Kreativ Blogger Award. And, thanks very much for your thoughtfulness in passing that honor along to me--I appreciate it. I hope that you might find it in your heart to extend grace to me, as time just doesn't seem to realistically allow for me to follow through on blog awards (and I would entirely understand if knowing this you chose to bestow the gift on someone else in my place), but am, truly grateful, and hope you'll accept my sincerest thanks. Your blog is so lovely, inspiring, and encouraging, Christine. My visit today has been used of God to nudge me a bit further, back to mine after a short season away--time just not allowing me to post. So, thank-you for that. Love all your pretty socks, and your aprons--very nice. And congratulations on your new mixer. It's a beauty! What a great idea to put the wide rubber bands on the small mason jars (which we also use for the little ones) for identification. Wish I could come by your cosy home for a visit with you and yours. Thank you for the award, Christine! Like I said in my comment on my blog I don't ever get them! I always saw those awards on others' blogs and thought that it must be such a honor to receive, and now I'm one of those honored!! Thank you. I've never visited your blog before but, like you, I have 6 kids and homeschool as well. Actually, I'm a sort of 'tweener'. My youngest two are 4 and the next one up is 17 and apprenticing in carpentry. So, homeschooling is really just reading a lot of books to my two little guys and answering a trillion questions daily.
