Well, I can't say for certain that it is a joke. It 'appears' to be an old ad, however I'm not 100% sure if it really is or not because of the use of the word 'pre-teen' which is a modern word as well as the suggestion to drink other 'sugary carbonated beverages'. Both of those ring of 'newness' to me. Anyway, I thought it was good for a Saturday laugh. ;) Christine
Welcome! I am a Christian woman who is the wife of my dear husband, Steve, and mom to 6 wonderful children. We homeschool 'em all in a mostly Charlotte-Mason style. We live in a 1400 sq. ft. home in a small town in Ontario, Canada. I love crafts and healthy eating of lots of whole, local foods.
I love to get your comments. Sometimes, however, for some reason they seem to get lost in cyberspace. If you post a comment and it doesn't appear in, at most, about 12 hours, would you kindly post it again?
I almost never have to reject a comment, so if it doesn't show up, I have probably never received it.
Awesome! i knew pop was good for you! and they had studies to back it up!!! lol
